Privacy notice

This notice describes how the software behaves. The site operator must complete it with their legal identity, contact details and lawful bases (for example under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) before going live.

Accounts

We store your email address, display name, optional city, and a one-way hash of your password. We never store your password itself. Sessions use a secure, HttpOnly cookie that is needed to keep you signed in.

Listings

Station and charger listings, including any contact phone number or website you add, are published after moderation. Photos are re-processed before publication, which removes hidden data such as the GPS location stored by phone cameras. Your email address is never shown publicly.

Reviews

Reviews you submit are checked by moderators. Once approved, they are shown publicly with your display name. You can edit or delete your reviews from your dashboard.

"Buy" link clicks

When you follow a "Buy" link we count the click per product and day so sellers can see how many visitors we send them. No personal data is stored with the count. The marketplace you visit has its own privacy policy and may use cookies to attribute referrals.

Security logs

We keep audit and abuse-prevention records. IP addresses in these records are stored only as keyed hashes.
