Require email OTP for login
When this is on, everyone who signs in must also enter a 6-digit code that we email to them. Codes expire after 10 minutes and can be used once.

Turning it on sends a test email to you first. If email ever stops working, turn it off on the server with php deploy/bin/settings.php login-otp off.
Public pages
Regenerate every public page and the sitemap from the database. Pages that are no longer public are deleted. This also runs every 15 minutes from the maintenance task.
